AMLI Residential Properties Trust has paid $42.75 million for 660 Apartments, a 301-unit complex in Atlanta.

The Chicago REIT, which is owned by Morgan Stanley's Prime Property Fund, bought the two-year-old property from a venture of Southeast Capital Partners and the Integral Group, both of which are headquartered in Atlanta. The transaction was brokered by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

The property, at 660 Ralph McGill Blvd., sits in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward area, near a mass-transit station and a recently developed 35-acre park.
