The Bank of the Ozarks has provided $236.3 million of construction debt for Brickell Flatiron, a 549-unit residential condominium property in the Brickell area of Miami.
HFF arranged the debt, a $138.3 million senior and $98 million mezzanine loan, for the property's developer, CMC Group of Miami, which started construction last year.
