Charleston, S.C., Apartments Sell for $36.1Mln

White Eagle Property Group has paid $36.1 million, or $136,742/unit, for the 264-unit Plantation Oaks apartments in Charleston, S.C.

The Monsey, N.Y., investment manager acquired the property from a venture of FCP and High Real Estate Group, which had owned it since 2016. NKF Capital Markets brokered the latest deal.
