Dollinger Buys San Diego Industrial Park for $23.2Mln

Dollinger Properties has paid $23.2 million, or $245.99/sf, for five industrial buildings with 94,309 square feet in the Scripps Ranch Business Park in San Diego.

The buildings, at 10060, 10070, 10080, 10090 and 10100 Willow Creek Road, are in San Diego's Scripps Ranch submarket.

The Redwood City, Calif., real estate developer and investor bought the buildings from a venture of Hill Properties and RGA ReCap Inc., which was represented by JLL Capital Markets.

The purchase was financed with a $17.25 million loan...
