Don Miller, head of Lend Lease Real Estate Investments' Midwest region and Hotel Investment Group, has been named head of the company's overall real estate operations.

In his new role, Miller, who joined Lend Lease in 1994, will oversee acquisitions, sales, financings and investment management. He will remain in Chicago.

He takes the place of Marshall Woodward, who was named head of portfolio management for the pension-fund adviser.

Before joining Lend Lease, Miller was head of regional acquisitions for Prentiss Properties.

At the same time, Lend Lease has shifted some executives who now report to Miller.

Ted Klinck, who heads up acquisitions for the South region, was named to the additional position of head of capital transactions.

Jay Lask, head of retail acquisitions, will also be responsible for coordinating centralized due diligence.

Lend Lease also made changes in its portfolio management unit, naming Wally Antoniewicz, who was formerly in sales, to senior portfolio manager for a group of client portfolios.

Scott Brown, who was formerly in acquisitions, has been named assistant portfolio manager for Prime Property Fund.

And Chuck Burd was named senior portfolio manager. He formerly was with Lend Lease Capital Partners.
