Meridian Capital Hires 3 Former Eastern Consolidated Execs

Meridian Capital Group has hired Adam Hakim, James Murad and Andrew Iadeluca to focus on arranging financing for acquisitions, construction projects and redevelopments.

The three men previously worked at Eastern Consolidated, which closed last month. At Meridian Capital, Hakim is a senior managing director, Murad is a senior vice president and Iadeluca is a director.

They have arranged a combined $10 billion of financing during their careers. In May, they were part of the Eastern Consolidated team that arranged $350 million of construction financing against 126 Madison...
