Meridian Paid $106.5Mln for International Place

Meridian Group had paid $106.5 million, or $362.80/sf, for International Place, a 293-539-square-foot office building in Rosslyn, Va.

As reported, the Bethesda, Md., investment manager had purchased the 12-story building at 1735 North Lynn St., from Beacon Capital Partners. But its purchase price had been understated.

The property's sale was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.
