Rouse Properties Inc. has completed its $96.3 million purchase of the Mall at Turtle Creek and the neighboring Turtle Creek Crossing shopping center in Jonesboro, Ark.
The two properties have a total of 731,000 square feet. They were purchased from a partnership of David and Talmage Hocker, Marty Belz and Bruce Burrow in a deal brokered by Savills.
