Square Mile Capital Management has provided $145 million of financing for the construction of the first phase of Menlo Gateway, a mixed-use complex being developed at 100 Independence Drive in Menlo Park, Calif., by the Bohannon Cos.
The first phase will entail an office building with 210,000 square feet on eight floors, a parking garage with 1,040 spaces and a 41,000-sf fitness center. The entire complex also will include a 250-room Autograph Collection hotel that's also under construction - it's being developed by a venture of Ensemble Real Estate...
