Starwood Property Trust has provided $46 million of senior debt against the Hilton Rockville, a 315-room hotel in suburban Washington, D.C.

The full-service hotel, at 1750 Rockville Pike in Rockville, Md., is owned by JBG Cos., which renovated it four years ago. It previously was a Doubletree hotel.

The Starwood loan was arranged by Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels. Its collateral, 12 miles from Washington, D.C., sits in front of the Twinbrook Metro station. It has 20,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, swimming pool and two restaurants, the Twinbrook Grille and Riff's Lounge.
