Suburban Tucson, Ariz., Apartments Sell for $37.75Mln

Apartment-investment specialist Investors Capital Group has paid $37.75 million, or $130,623/unit, for the 289-unit Domain 3201 in the Tucson, Ariz., suburb of Casas Adobes, Ariz.

The Seattle investment manager, which focuses on middle-market properties in the western United States, purchased the property from Aspen Square Management of West Springfield, Mass., which had owned it since 2015.
