Wells Real Estate Names Don Miller Chief Real Estate Officer

Wells Real Estate Funds has hired Don Miller as chief real estate officer.

In his new post, Miller will direct acquisitions, dispositions, construction and leasing as well as property management.

Miller was formerly head of real estate operations for Lend Lease Corp. He also has worked at Prentiss Properties Realty Advisors and in pension investment management at Delta Air Lines.

Wells Real Estate Funds, based in Atlanta, manages more than $3 billion in assets through its Wells REIT, Wells S&P REIT Index Fund and Wells limited partnerships.
