Zeller Lines Up $59.6Mln Loan Against Chicago-Area Office Complex

Zeller Realty Group has lined up $59.6 million of financing against Old Orchard Towers, a two-building office complex with 349,814 square feet in the Chicago suburb of Skokie, Ill.

Ares Commercial Real Estate Corp. provided the three-year, floating-rate loan. HFF arranged the financing.
