Zurich Pays $51Mln for San Diego Retail Center

Zurich Alternative Asset Management has paid $51 million, or nearly $490/sf, for the Marketplace at Windingwalk, a 104,206-square-foot retail center in the San Diego suburb of Chula Vista, Calif.
