Owner of D.C. Office Building Served with Foreclosure Notice

Normandy Real Estate Partners has filed a foreclosure suit against the owner of a 285,305-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C. The New Jersey company recently acquired the $101.5 million of debt against the property, at 950 L'Enfant Plaza SW, from C-III Asset Management,
