Forest City Enterprises has hired CBRE Inc. to market for sale the 669,800-square-foot Station Square retail, entertainment, and office complex in Pittsburgh.
CBRE is also marketing the 526,000-sf Liberty Center office tower as well as the adjoining 618-room Westin Convention Center Hotel, also in Pittsburgh, on behalf of the Cleveland developer.
