Zeller to Pay $65Mln for Old Orchard Towers

Zeller Realty Corp. has agreed to pay $65 million for Old Orchard Towers, a 350,000-square-foot office complex in the Chicago suburb of Skokie, Ill. The property sits at 5202-5250 Old Orchard Road along Eden's Expressway. Lowe Enterprises and GE Commercial Finance sold the property, which was marketed through Cushman & Wakefield.
