Gerding Edlen Pays $76.6Mln for Downtown Seattle Office Building

Gerding Edlen has paid $76.6 million, or $255/sf, for the 300,000-square-foot Dexter Horton Building in downtown Seattle.

LaSalle Investment Management sold the office building, which it acquired in 2006 on behalf of Prudential UK.
