Fullerton building condo/office project in Colo.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. – Developer Larry Fullerton will make his first foray into the suburbs with a condominium-and-office project that will be the centerpiece of a massive redevelopment effort in Englewood. The development will be served by a new light-rail stop on the southwest rail line. The city of Englewood selected Fullerton from 10 developers to build on the site of the former General Ironworks foundry at South Elati Street and West Bates Avenue. The development will include some 400 condominiums, an office building, parks and some retail space all within walking distance of the new light-rail station.

Transwestern buys offices in Calif.

PLEASANT HILL, Calif. – Transwestern Investment Co. has purchased the leasehold interest in the Hookston Square office complex at 3478 and 3480 Buskirk Ave., which contains about 200,000 sf, from Whitehall's WMP IV Real Estate LP. Jones Lange LaSalle represented the seller. The complex was built in 1983. Terms were not disclosed.
