Azarian Pays $34Mln for Neptune, N.J., Shopping Center PDF Print E-mail

Azarian Group, a retail property manager and developer, acquired a 218,524-square-foot shopping center in Neptune, N.J., for $34 million.

The Midland Park, N.J., firm financed its purchase of Neptune Plaza, at 2200 State Route 66, with a $23.8 million loan that has a fixed rate and a five-year term. A local bank provided the debt, which was arranged by Holliday Fenoglio Fowler.

The property was built in 1970 and sits across from the Sea View Square Mall. It was significantly renovated in 2002 and is now fully-occupied by tenants that include ShopRite, HomeGoods, Marshall's, TD Bank and IHOP.
