Deutsche Berkshire Writes $86.9Mln of Fannie Loans for Rreef Properties PDF Print E-mail

Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage has originated $86.9 million of financing under Fannie Mae's Delegated Underwriting and Servicing program for a portfolio of three apartment properties in Maryland.

The three properties, each owned by affiliates of investment manager Rreef, have a combined 870 units and a value of roughly $144.8 million. The financing pays only interest and has a term of 10 years. It represents 60 percent of the portfolio's value.

The three collateral properties are:

- Versailles, with 210 units in Towson;

- Courts at Avalon, with 258 units in Pikesville, and

- Huntington at King Farm, with 402 units in Rockville.
