Federal Realty Investment Trust has paid $83.7 million, or nearly $570/sf, for the 147,000-square-foot Georgetowne shopping center in Brooklyn, N.Y. The property is 90 percent leased and anchored by a Fairway Market grocery store, which signed a lease for 40,000 sf two years ago. Other tenants include Five Below, Starbucks, Chipotle, Verizon Wireless, Carter's and Dress Barn.
