The property previously was encumbered by a $29.4 million Freddie loan that was securitized through FREMF, 2018-KF53. The loan paid a coupon pegged to Libor plus 163 basis points and wasn't set to mature until September 2025. It had faced a 1 percent prepayment penalty.
