Baxter, Cohen Join Cushman & Wakefield

The two, among the most active investment-sales professionals in New York, have moved to Cushman & Wakefield. They're the latest investment-sales execs to leave CB Richard Ellis since its purchase of Insignia Financial.

The Manhattan-based investment sales team of Richard Baxter and Yoron Cohen are leaving CB Richard Ellis to join Cushman & Wakefield.

The brokers had been members of the New York-based investment sales team at Insignia/ESG before that firm merged into CB Richard Ellis and where they were both executive vice presidents.
