VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - The former Days Inn hotel on Bonney Road is being demolished to make way for $9.5 million corporate office buildings. Branwick Associates will own and be based in the four-story, 75,000-square-foot building. The property, located off Independence Boulevard, includes the former Unclaimed Freight building, which also will be demolished. Branwick Corporate Center should begin in July and be completed by May 2002.

Fourth anchor named for Pittsburgh mall

PITTSBURGH - A 75,000-sf , two-level Dick's Sporting Goods store will become the fourth anchor at The Mall at Robinson. The 1.2 million-sf shopping center is under construction at Parkway West and Highway 60 in Robinson Township. The $130 million, state-of-the-art regional mall is scheduled to open in October.
